Lead commercial and regulatory work across Orchard products.
Negotiate and structure complex contracts, partnerships, and JVs.
Align real estate, mortgage, title, and closing services with laws; expand state reach.
Partner with Product & Engineering to balance innovation with regulatory risk.
Engage with state regulators on expansion and compliance.
Lead Data Privacy and Information Security policies.

🎯 Requirements

7-12 years in commercial and/or regulatory law (in-house and/or law firm).
Strong contract negotiation and regulatory review experience.
Experience negotiating/structuring partnerships and joint ventures.
Data Privacy regimes knowledge and policy implementation.
Familiarity with real estate brokerage and/or mortgage lending laws (a plus).
State bar admission in good standing.
