Act as a versatile legal advisor on commercial and regulatory issues.
Negotiate and structure complex contracts, partnerships, and JVs.
Support real estate, mortgage, title, and closing services with compliant policies.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to balance innovation with risk.
Engage state regulators for expansion and regulatory inquiries.
Manage outside law firms and control costs and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

7–12 years in commercial/regulatory space (in-house and/or law firm).
Experience with commercial contracts and regulatory reviews.
Experience negotiating partnerships and joint ventures.
Knowledge of Data Privacy regimes and policy implementation.
Experience with real estate brokerage or mortgage laws (plus).
State bar admission in good standing.
