- 10+ years of legal experience; top firm and in-house at high-growth tech.
- Broad generalist across commercial, corporate, employment, privacy, regulatory matters.
- Strong commercial instincts; decisive guidance.
- Deep familiarity with AI legal landscape: IP, data licensing, regulation.
- Experience using AI tools to run a modern legal team.
