Own templates, playbooks, and CLM tools for scalable negotiations.
Advise on data privacy, AI governance, and risk controls.
Provide employment guidance and support governance materials.
Support disputes, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions.

🎯 Requirements

J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
4–7 years post-JD experience; 3+ years in-house preferred.
Experience drafting/negotiating technology-focused commercial agreements.
Experience with data/privacy issues in contracts.
Familiarity with AI governance tools and CLM systems.
