Assist day-to-day management of private funds: trade, cash, cap table, allocations.
Ensure adherence to investment guidelines, mandates, and internal policies.
Maintain portfolio records and support performance tracking and reporting.
Manage the order management system: trade entry, reconciliation, workflow.
Collaborate with tech and operations to troubleshoot and improve systems.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; CFA preferred.
3-6 years of experience in asset management or private funds.
Hands-on experience with order management systems and fund administration processes.
Strong understanding of private investment fund structures, capital flows, and valuation.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with investment systems and reporting tools.
