Ensure adherence to investment guidelines and internal policies.
Maintain portfolio records; support performance attribution and reporting.
Manage the Order Management System: trade entry, reconciliation, workflows.
Collaborate with technology and operations to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Coordinate NAV oversight, reconciliations, capital activity, and investor allocations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
3–6 years in asset management, private funds, or a related ops role.
Hands-on experience with order management systems.
Strong understanding of private investment fund structures and capital flows.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with investment systems and reporting tools.
