Associate, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own consolidated financial model; report past performance and forecast results
• Manage Ramp’s performance against financial targets; identify gaps and opportunities
• Run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles for growth
• Partner with leaders to set priorities, goals, and accountability
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
• Build and maintain internal FP&A tools to streamline workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IB, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at top-tier tech co.
• Extreme attention to detail and precision
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Track record of relationships with internal and external partners
• Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills
• A get things done mentality; autonomously drive solutions
