🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Business Management (or within 6 months)
- 0-2 years in project-based accounting or project controls
- Experience or interest in Government Contracting (Cost Type, T&M, FFP)
- Knowledge of FAR; DCAA/DCMA compliance
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Top-Secret clearance eligibility
