Associate, Finance

📋 Description

• Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting for leadership visibility into operating performance
• Own and optimize forecasting through advanced financial modeling
• Partner with G&A leaders (HR, Finance, Legal) for planning and headcount
• Translate investments into clear financial impacts and tradeoffs for prioritization
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline financial processes and improve forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Finance/FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or Big 4
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Experience building budgeting/forecasting financial models with attention to detail
• Ownership mindset; able to navigate ambiguity and drive work to completion
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication; ability to influence
• Experience identifying or deploying AI-driven finance solutions
• Advanced Excel and G-Suite; familiarity with Pigment, NetSuite, Looker, Snowflake, or Python
