  • Support pipeline activities for target accounts from planning to post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate hospitality events, executive dinners, sponsorships, and regional activations
  • Manage vendors, contracts, shipping, inventory, on-site logistics, and budget tracking
  • Support scalable initiatives such as event-in-a-box kits and regional playbooks
  • Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to align programs with territory priorities
  • Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting in marketing and sales systems

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years in field marketing, event marketing, or program support
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and dependable with ownership over execution
  • Clear communicator across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with SFDC and Marketo is a plus; travel up to 50%
