📋 Description

• Lead regulatory operations with state exchanges and CMS.
• Bridge regulators and Oscar ops to implement changes.
• Create and enforce policies and procedures.
• Manage audits with regulators and external authorities.
• Serve as primary Oscar contact on exchange calls.
• Work in Tempe, AZ with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience with State DOI and CMS ACA rules
