🎯 Requirements

- Strong written communication; explain complex ideas clearly
- Comfortable with technical material (software, systems, workflows, APIs)
- Basic understanding of instructional design (adult learning, objectives, assessments)
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies with self-directed drive
