🎯 Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in production, eCommerce, retail, or similar environments
- Experience working in high-volume creative or studio settings
- Strong organizational and workflow management skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace; exposure to Creative Force or Notion is a plus
- Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve in real time during high-volume production days
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
