- Develop, manage and scale the Lab Operations team; drive cross-org collaboration.

- Ensure clear communication across the team and stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a Research Operations or Program Manager role in health, research, or hardware.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Data-driven approach to strategic planning; comfortable reviewing metrics and measuring program success.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, privacy/legal, research, recruitment, and product.
- Experience with ethical standards for human subjects research, including handling PII/PHI and participant risk assessment.
