Execute and improve the global warehousing and logistics model
Ensure reliable material flow from dock to line to support manufacturing
Own inventory accuracy and cycle count program
Manage day-to-day performance of domestic and international 3PLs and transport partners
Lead WMS adoption with phased implementation, stabilization, and user adherence
Provide operational input to inform future systems, network, and logistics strategy

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred
8-12 years of warehouse/logistics operations with leadership
Experience across multi-site warehouse operations
Hands-on experience with WMS implementation and adoption
