Associate Director, Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Oversee US GAAP monthly reporting and high-risk areas.
• Partner with Product and Business teams on accounting implications of new product launches.
• Resolve technical accounting issues and judgmental estimates.
• Expand and maintain the global US GAAP framework and policy manual.
• Architect ICFR for technical accounting with SOX-compliant docs.
• Lead preparation of technical memos per PCAOB standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in technical finance roles.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and complex transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of PCAOB standards and SOX requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a hyper-growth environment.
• CPA license or equivalent preferred; Big Four and pre-IPO experience.
