- 5+ years experience using alternative data for high-impact questions
- 1-2 years people leadership (or leading teams)
- Direct client engagement experience; uncover underlying needs
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance ETL and data workflows
- Proficient in SQL and Python; production-grade workflows; Databricks/Spark/GitHub a plus
- Strong experience with large, evolving datasets; strong commercial instincts with Revenue
