  • 3-5 years of paid social exp focused on B2B, SaaS, or leads.
  • Full-funnel B2B campaigns delivering pipeline and lead quality.
  • 1-2+ years mentoring or managing junior team members.
  • Hands-on LinkedIn Ads and Meta; familiarity with ABM and CRM lists.
  • Knowledge of B2B analytics and martech (GA, Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, 6sense).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
