🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years in sales training or enablement; leadership of managers/teams.
• Strong data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting to measure impact.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for delivery and compliance.
• Proficiency with content authoring and training development tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and program management skills.
