Associate Director, Rev Cycle - Prior Authorization

📋 Description

• Lead Prior Authorization Billing Operations and team.
• Oversee all prior auth billing, pre-cert, eligibility processes.
• Align with RC M Finance and client teams on perf and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, medical, managed care, payer rules.
• Maximize cash collections via monitoring authorizations and AR.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in high-volume billing ops in a laboratory setting (preferred).
• Extensive prior authorization billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement, billing, coding and compliance.
• Experience with data analysis and tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
