🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years post-qualification experience as a lawyer.
- Strong regulatory fintech experience in fintech, law firms, or financial institutions.
- Deep experience advising on payments, remittance, card issuing, and/or FX.
- Knowledge of financial services regulators (MAS, BNM, RBI, SBV, BI, BSP).
- Experience handling regulatory submissions, licences, applications, and variations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and English drafting.
