Deliver regulatory engagement strategy for Europe, focusing on NL, FR and LT.
Maintain licensing responsibilities for regulated entities in the region.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulators.
Help build the global regulatory compliance program based on the 3 lines of defence.
Analyze new and existing products and guide 2LOD controls to be fit-for-purpose.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in law or equivalent compliance qualifications.
Significant regulatory compliance experience in financial institutions, FinTech, or legal/consulting.
Familiarity with European regulatory laws with focus on the Netherlands.
Experience managing teams across multiple geographies.
Experience with European regulators including DNB, AFM, ACPR, and Bank of Lithuania.
Data proficiency for strategic decision-making.
