🎯 Requirements

- Must have: ≥5 years leading teams, incl. ≥2 years in senior management.
- Must have: Broad, in-depth understanding of product mgmt for clinical diagnostics.
- Nice to have: Advanced degree in analytical/technical/scientific field.
- Nice to have: ≥2 years in business strategy (e.g., management consulting).
