Develop and implement Procurement Transformation strategy and initiatives.
Lead and mentor teams delivering procurement and transformation projects.
Drive business development with client proposals and sales materials.
Manage transformation programs: system strategy, process improvement, change management, PM, analytics.
Identify procurement and finance challenges; analyze spend data to improve operating models.
Lead cost-savings efforts (RFPs, negotiations) and build data-driven business cases.

🎯 Requirements

9+ years of experience in procurement or related professional services.
Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay, AP, and process optimization.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Tableau, Alteryx and/or Power BI.
Understanding of AI concepts in Source-to-Pay and demonstrated tool use.
Bachelor’s degree; procurement certifications preferred.
