🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in policy, trust & safety, program management, product strategy, or content governance.
- Led high-impact, cross-functional initiatives influencing product, business, or platform direction.
- Experience driving strategy and execution at scale; move from ambiguity to clear plans and outcomes.
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning Legal, Product, and Communications.
- Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems (podcasts, video, music, or social platforms).
- Clear perspective on AI, synthetic media, and platform responsibility.
