π― Requirements
- 4+ years in media planning with deep digital and performance media expertise
- Experience on performance-driven accounts, ideally Non-Profit or large-scale clients ($30M+ annual spend)
- Proven track record developing and executing full-funnel cross-channel media strategies balancing efficiency with growth
- Deep understanding of digital media landscape: programmatic, social, and search
- Strong experience with planning and optimization tools (Commspoint, Nielsen Media Impact, Comscore, Ad Intel)
- Expertise in audience strategy and segmentation, including syndicated tools (MRI, GWI) and first-party data
