Own product vision and roadmap for agentic platform across the organization.
Shape tooling, orchestration layers, data interfaces, and evaluation frameworks.
Identify and onboard external tools and partners to extend the platform.
Translate scientific workflows into scalable agentic systems.
Collaborate with ML, research, preclinical, clinical, engineering, and operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of product management, platform or AI-enabled products.
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred but not required.
Excellent communication to bridge scientists, engineers, and executives.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and evaluation methods.
Strong external orientation and awareness of AI tooling.
Lead evaluations, pilots, onboarding of external tools.
