Associate Director - OneStream Architect, Account Reconciliation & Transaction Matching

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end OneStream AR and TXM implementations from scoping to go-live.
• Design matching logic for complex AR/TXM use cases (intercompany, bank-to-GL).
• Strengthen controls with risk-based reporting, audit trails, and SOX/IFRS.
• Drive period-end close acceleration and CPM/EPM improvements via ERP/GL integrations.
• Lead cross-functional teams; mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery standards.
• Collaborate with client leadership; drive initiatives and contribute to business development.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years implementing OneStream or similar EPM/CPM tools with hands-on design and delivery.
• Experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory, or management consulting).
• Deep OneStream AR and TXM expertise: match rules, workflows, exception handling.
• Migration experience moving clients from BlackLine/Excel to OneStream Financial Close.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, consolidation: intercompany reconciliation, and journal mgmt.
• Proficient in analytical modeling tools and building executive dashboards.
• Comfortable using AI tools; apply AI to productivity and client solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
