Associate Director of Resourcing (Remote Canada)

📋 Description

• Update pricing estimator monthly with salary inputs, markups, and FX rates.
• Partner with Sales to estimate resource needs for new business and upsells.
• Translate scope of work into staffing models, hour allocations, and team configurations.
• Flag capacity conflicts to leadership before they become delivery problems.
• Maintain real-time capacity view by role, division, and skill.
• Develop staffing options for new engagements; present tradeoffs to leads.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8+ years in resource management, capacity planning, or workforce planning.
• Agency or complex professional services background; familiarity with billable hours and utilization targets.
• Direct experience managing resource planning through client transitions.
• Familiarity with Harvest or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to build capacity models.
• Ability to present options to senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
