- Agency or complex professional services background; familiarity with billable hours and utilization targets.
- Direct experience managing resource planning through client transitions.
- Familiarity with Harvest or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to build capacity models.
- Ability to present options to senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
