- Direct experience managing resource planning through client transitions and workforce changes
- Familiarity with Harvest or comparable platforms
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable in spreadsheets; build capacity model from scratch
- Effective at presenting options and recommendations to senior stakeholders; frame decisions, not just report data
