🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD/MPH/MS/PharmD) in epidemiology or HEOR
- 7–10+ years in real-world evidence, observational research, HEOR
- Experience leading observational studies from protocol to dissemination
- Strong understanding of real-world data sources (claims, EHR, registries)
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, medical, and market access teams
