• Own the game economy, live ops, and monetization end-to-end.
• Shape product direction from soft launch to global launch.
• Write actionable product specs to enable speed and scale.
• Run live ops: events, testing, segmentation, personalization.
• Make trade-off decisions on what to ship, cut, and scale.
• Leverage AI to multiply impact in productivity and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years PM in F2P mobile games with live ops.
• KPI ownership and scaling a live game with revenue impact.
• Deep game economy design and monetization modeling.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests during soft launch or live scale.
• Strong analytics with SQL, Excel, Looker; partner with analytics.
• IC with path to people leadership as we grow.
