- Excellent creative and persuasive writing/editing skills.
- Experience with professional writing and campaign development at a creative agency or digital publication; must have a portfolio of award-worthy content in various formats (articles, videos, interactive content).
- Experience managing/working with freelance writers and video production teams; existing network a plus.
- Equal parts left- and right-brain: outside-the-box ideas while staying organized and strategic.
- Strong presentation skills; able to pitch ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent time management; manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines.
