🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Law/Business/Political Science/Accounting)
- 5+ years in campaign finance compliance or regulatory compliance
- 2-3 years supervisory or project management experience
- Knowledge of federal/state campaign finance laws and Form 990/UBIT
- Experience filing reports with the FEC and state regulators
- Proficiency with compliance systems and QuickBooks/NGPVAN
