🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in music licensing (publishing preferred).
- Knowledge of digital music, streaming, publishing partners, business models, markets.
- Excellent negotiation and strategic skills; solutions-oriented.
- Experience in deal structuring and analysis; strong negotiator.
- Deep understanding of music copyright, licensing challenges and opportunities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages desirable.
