Associate Director, Medical Communications

📋 Description

• Lead medical congress planning with cross-functional teams.
• Manage logistics, calendars, and insight reporting tools.
• Develop congress briefing materials and post-congress reports.
• Create slide decks and summarize key decisions for meetings.
• Liaise with agencies/vendors for timely, accurate materials.
• Oversee cross-functional material planning and training; maintain dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced healthcare degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) required.
• 6+ years in Medical Affairs; preference for medical communications and/or field medical.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management; ability to present to senior audiences.
• Experience managing medical content and operations; cross-functional collaboration.
• Preferred: rare disease and neuromuscular medicine; familiarity with Veeva.
• Travel ~20% time.
