Associate Director, Medical Affairs

📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end scientific communications across therapies.
• Lead congress strategy and Medical Affairs presence.
• Serve as primary medical reviewer (MLR) for materials.
• Own the medical insights system and run monthly insights meetings.
• Deliver scientific training modules for the field team.
• Ensure field teams receive high-quality, evidence-based content.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent).
• 3-5 years in Medical Affairs or related field; multi-TA exposure preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication, scientific writing, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading medical insights processes and synthesizing complex information.
• Experience in rare disease or metabolic/endocrine conditions.
