- Veeva Medical CRM, PromoMats, Medical Information, Grants, Publications, Insights Management.
- BI and data integration: Power BI and Snowflake; AI/automation exp.
- Excellent communication; stakeholder, vendor mgmt, SLAs, and launch readiness.
- Collaborative; focus on reliability, adoption, and dashboards.
