- Support, administer, maintain IT systems for Quality and R&D (Veeva Vault, RIM, Safety).
- Lead migration to Veeva Vault Quality; ensure data integrity and GxP.
- Collaborate with leaders to adopt new systems and improve adoption.
- Plan roadmaps with Quality/Clinical/Regulatory/Safety; enable AI.
- Work with MSPs and internal IT on GxP-regulated systems.
- Establish governance, documentation, and change control for GxP systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in IT/CS or related; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years IT in biotech/pharma; 5+ years with Veeva Vault Quality.
- GxP processes: docs, training, deviation, CAPA, change control.
- Admin/Support of Veeva Vault Quality, RIM, Safety, eTMF (preferred).
- Experience AI/ML in GxP; validation, auditability, data privacy.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor/MSP oversight.
