Act as key advisor to the Heads of Functions in the International region to drive results.
Develop forward-looking financial analytics to inform operations and plans.
Provide day-to-day finance support for Ireland supply chain site (contracts, headcount).
Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning for supply chain costs.
Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget/forecast for relevant functions.
Prepare regular reporting for senior management on financial performance and risks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
8–10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in pharmaceutical/biopharma.
Experience directly supporting senior Commercial and Manufacturing executives.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting, and cost accounting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and planning tools; Advanced Excel.
