📋 Description

• Own the employer-subsidized product strategy and expansion roadmap.
• Lead ROI analyses and business cases to grow membership and profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities across employer-sponsored, individual, and adjacent spaces.
• Translate strategy into measurable product programs and outcomes.
• Partner with Growth, Sales, and ICHRA leadership to align and execute.
• Ensure ICHRA and emerging solutions align with product architecture and member value.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years in healthcare/health insurance product strategy, with team leadership.
• ACA marketplace experience across multiple markets (individual or small group).
• Demonstrated cross-functional program leadership.
• Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle design and execution readiness.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
