🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in health insurance, product strategy, ACA marketplace, or small group products
- Experience leading a team without authority and building processes to speed time-to-market
- Experience supporting or managing product lifecycle from design to launch
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- Experience managing complex programs with multiple matrixed partners
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
