🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Visual Journalism, Visual Communications, or related field
- 10+ years in graphic design with strong people leadership
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Information design principles: visual hierarchy, accessibility, color theory
- Experience creating infographics, charts, diagrams, and visuals for print/digital
- Proven people management including coaching and development
