🎯 Requirements

Four-year college degree required
Minimum two years supervisory/management in health care or I/DD
Experience with I/DD population
Ability to organize, manage and grow an office and its staff
Background in marketing and recruiting
Knowledge of NC Innovations waivers and 1915(i) waivers
