📋 Description

• Own Salesforce end-to-end: data model, automation (Flow, Apex, LWC), security, release & CI/CD.
• Architectural authority for Salesforce and GTM system design; scalable architecture and design reviews.
• Integration architecture: data patterns, API contracts; decide native vs external.
• Lead a Salesforce team; set standards, review code/design, mentor.
• Cross-pod partnership with Revenue Ops; translate business priorities into platform changes.
• Compliance and security architecture; FINRA/regulatory obligations, SOC 2 controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ yrs in Salesforce architecture; 3+ yrs in senior/lead role.
• Hands-on Salesforce end-to-end architecture; translate to practical designs.
• Experience building integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems.
• Technical leadership: lead small teams, code reviews, mentoring.
• AI-native mindset; using AI tools to accelerate architecture and development, LLMs.
• Systems thinking with bias for action; ship with ownership from design through maintenance.
