Associate Director Fund Management (Remote)

📋 Description

• Manage fund-level projections and investor due diligence through closing.
• Update property and fund projections quarterly based on actuals and tax returns.
• Manage quarterly fund statements and assist with monthly corporate financial statements.
• Review fund and partnership agreements; monitor capital contributions and balances.
• Ensure compliance with fund-level operating agreements; coordinate audits, tax returns, and K-1s.
• Manage quarterly reporting obligations and investor requests; analyze fund reserves.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fund/partnership accounting and tax prep; LIHTC; CPA preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with financial modeling and MS Office.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage complex financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
