Lead senior client and deal-team communications; exec readouts with CFOs and PE sponsors.
Lead scoping discussions; define strategy, risks, staffing, timelines, and scope.
Lead FDD for buy-side and sell-side deals; QoE, NWC, Net Debt, cash flow.
Oversee multiple engagements; set priorities; mentor juniors.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA/CFA or advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of audit/FDD experience; Big 4 preferred.
4+ years current FDD experience; buy-/sell-side ownership.
QoE experience; strong knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx).
Lead engagements with CFOs/Controllers and PE deal teams.
Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; complex financial models and client-ready presentations.
