Associate Director – Finance Transformation (Private Equity)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation across people, process, tech, and data.
• Build actionable roadmaps aligned to sponsor value creation plans.
• Design scalable operating models to support growth, margin expansion, and transaction readiness.
• Drive improvements across core finance processes: R2R, FP&A, O2C, P2P, MDM.
• Engage with CFOs, Controllers, Operating Partners, Portfolio Teams, and Deal Teams.
• Translate sponsor expectations into executable initiatives with measurable impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of client-facing consulting or advisory experience.
• Experience delivering transformation initiatives within the Office of the CFO.
• Exposure to Private Equity sponsors and PE-backed portfolio companies.
• Knowledge of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, close).
• Experience with finance systems: NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics, OneStream, Blackline.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with competing priorities.
