🎯 Requirements

- Subject matter expert on USALI and GAAP reporting for hotel industry.
- Exceptional leadership; proven ability to scale finance teams.
- Advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, ERP).
- Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
