Build and maintain relationships with external CMOs and internal colleagues
Ensure timely execution of manufacturing and supply plans at CMOs
Develop production processes: BOMs, specs, CAPA, changes, data, artwork; ERP/MRP knowledge
Support logistics, transportation and import/export activities
Review/approve docs: batch records, BOMs, specs, artwork, change control
Lead onboarding of new CMOs, tech transfers, site establishment

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in Life Science, Biology, or Engineering; equivalent desired
10+ years in manufacturing and supply chain in regulated pharma
cGMP experience in pharma manufacturing; DS/API knowledge desirable
Strong risk management, RCA, and continuous improvement
Willing to travel up to 25%; CFR/EU GMP/ICH knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication across teams
